He later finds out that A & ABC is already closed down, and realizes that LAU KAM is playing a trick on him. He tears up all the documents in front of everyone, including a check. KITTY rushes to stop him, but it is too late. Unfortunately, the check is the remaining sum that A & ABC owes Ka Yan.
