KAU is promoted to be a CID. In a case, he meets CHEUNG KWUNG, a rich merchant and his daugther Ll TAl. KWUNG does not trusts the others and he is alerted when the identity of KAU is observed. WAl finds a secret advertisement on the newspaper. After investigation, he finds that KWUNG is a killer who killed a police-captain. He wants to prosecute him but is stopped by LI HO.
