SUM invites YIU to Macau for celebration of his birthday, yet she turns him down. YUE starts working in Yan Wo Group. YUE feels extremely helpless after everyone has paid no heed to his suggestion. Frustrated, YUE pours out his heart to YEE. They quickly patch up their relationship. NGO tells YIU that she had an extramarital affair with a married man. NGO is seriously deteriorated; YEE finally patches up the relationship with her mother. SUM confesses his love to YIU in his birthday party, he however gets turned down again. YUE successfully causes SOPHIE to push the directors to accept himself as the new president of Yan Wo Group. He sacks MOK YING-KIT immediately after he has gained control of the company……
